A DIM Vacation Poem

I know times are hard
and life is not easy
but we're a great family
and not to sound cheesy

but if life permits it
and if you are able
come one and come all
to the DIM LBI table

for fun, love & laughter
& good times abundant
your kinfolk around you
a time quite resplendent.

The more DIMs there are
the cheaper the deal
and we all take turns cooking
the DIM family meal

We'd like to remind you
as if one could forget
that things can get crazy
as DIM things tend to get

but chaos or quiet
you can't ask for more
than our loopy group
on the New Jersey shore.

We're thinking of August
or maybe July
but DIM's can be flexible
we just need your reply.

So please take a moment
think it over and plan
and then let us know
if you think maybe you can.

You can rise late or early
sleep, read, surf or swim
eat, drink & be merry
just be an LBI DIM!

Be DIM or be a planner!

I am definitely in...let me know when you start trying to nail down a date and i will put it on my calendar. Could we try the same time we went last year?

I am pumped for an LBI reunion.

great poem!! I'm just catching up

let's get some LBI chatter going now!
Michael do you think we can convnice the whole family to join us? We were successful at Christmas--do you think we convinced them we are fun enough?
I promise, we won't drag you shopping--and I'll spring for extra glow sticks!
