Due to several recent requests, here is an remix of the last LBI Planning email.
We are officially 5 days away from LBI 2009! As many of you are likely deeply concerned about what to pack; we've compiled the list below & may be contacting you directly to bring a few extra things for the week.
The street address of the house is 1 East 10th Street, Beach Haven NJ 08008.
Official check in time is 2:00 but we plan on crashing in at about noon--we're teaching Grammy and Papa to feign heat stroke.
What should I bring?
Breakfast food/cereal (under 30s, we STRONGLY recommend that you bring what you like. Former vanagoners may recall that we are not very tolerant of a wide range of breakfast preferences)
Bathing suit (we insist)
Beach towel(s) There will be serious penalties for "borrowing" someone else's towel without permission.
Beach chair(s) & umbrella (if desired)
Bath towels (we will occasionally insist you bathe as well. No, the ocean will not cover your bathing requirements for the entire week.)
Coffee mug
Your metaphorical red shirt.
