Katie, here's a tip for a place to eat on your way to Albuquerque. There is a San Antonio, New Mexico, different place than the one in Texas. Anyway, there is a place called Manny's Buckhorn Tavern in San Antonio, New Mexico that has gained acclaim because the chef there beat the internationally famed chef, Bobby Flay at making a better green chile cheeseburger.
