The best Aunt ever........equally with the Mahoney aunts.
After a nice Day at Grammy's (my mom's) I took the kids to the Nyack street fair. I gave Aidan a $15 limit to spend on whatever he wanted, (money doesn't grow on trees you know) and sure enough after he spent his money on a really rad (yes rad, I taught him that) Batman tin poster he saw that shirt he's wearing and said " Aunt Katie how cool is this!!!!! Maybe we should get it for me!?" I'm a SUCKER! what you see here is the response to "Pizza? no thank you how bout Ice Cream?" now in the past he would tell on me for giving him sweets be for dinner, Not this time. I'm so proud. Now Eleanor must have gotten the idea of it early because covered with chocolate

What's this "no ice cream before dinner" nonsense?! Grammy Kathy firmly believes (as do I) that sometimes ice cream IS dinner (or lunch, or breakfast.)
I think the rules start to change with the third child. . especially if the third child comes at the same time as the second and is followed by a fourth!
I agree, ice cream is definitely a breakfast food. It was served at all aunt megan's sleepovers! with Grammy's (Gigi's) blessing, mind you!
