2 Meals at Nancy's...........
After the 12 noon Mass (for Ellen) at St. Ann's, Grammy and Papa Stopped by the cemetery, Said Hello to our girl and made sure everything was in order. Then came the food. They were invited for an early Dinner (at Nancy's), when they "accidentally" got there too early it turned in to Lunch............ Then hours (and a trip to Van Houghten Farms) later came dinner. I was Lucky enough to Catch both meals, which hasn't happened in 2 years since I've been out of the house. Dinner was light and delicious. Papa said a lovely Grace, and we all had wonderful thoughts. It turns out Bridget is on her way over now, After stopping by G & P's to find them not there the only other logical explanation is Nancy's. We are saving Bridget a slice of Fresh Fruit Tart to brighten her day.

katie--i don't know why it didn't show up but last night i posted a comment to your post--love your post about g and p and our girl(and the food!)--glad to see you are keeping the blogger spirit alive for you younguns! (hey michael--where are you?) Hard to believe a week ago we were all at the beach. Right about this time, i think jeffrey was taking a swim--with his glow in the dark safety devices (for those of you not there--a full account post will follow. Believe me it's a good story!)--be dim or be duh!
hey megan, I am still here, haha. I have just been going 100mph with work since I got back and haven't had time to put together a coherent thought for the blog. but I have been checking the posts to keep up with everything going on, but will try to be more proactive so I can help keep the "blogger spirit alive" as well. I can't wait to see your post about jeffrey's late night swim, be sure to mention all the precautions me and christopher took though.
