Surprising View

I will follow Michael's lead and break the dry spell of non-blogging. Michael raises a good point which got me thinking.... what if I left my keys at home and ran/walked/hiked/biked my way around! After you have finished you will find that it cost $0.00 per gallon to get from point A to point B. OK.... I know that everyone agrees this is close to impossible. My company built a locker room right next to my office and actually sent out a company wide email encouraging employees to find a way to get to work using "alternative methods". They will give all kinds of goodies out to those who do this the most. Sorry Michael, I know this doesn't help for your job.
Recently I explored South Mountain National Park which ranks #1 as the best running location I've experienced. It will drop to #137 once I side step my first rattlesnake. I've seen some pretty intense things while exploring the Arizona Mountain regions but the below view is what I unexpectedly found upon summiting South Mountain....
It's been almost a year since Kevin's marathon.... Pat is doing a 60 mile bike (updates Pat?)... Maggie is doing a half marathon in January... anyone else?

so what kind of intense?
Like cougars?
That could be good intense or bad intense , depending on whether there is a canyon between you and the cougar
tell us more about maggie's marathon
BTW, i'm not doing any marathons, in case anyone was wondering.
Be DIM or be in a dry heat.
