Edinburgh

Yahtzee!!! Three blogs in 24 hours! I have good access to the internet and Jamie's laptop. It will slow down tomorrow. Anyway, we are now in bonnie Scotland! The weather is lovely and it stays light until about 11 at night. We have a view of Edinburgh Castle on the hill from our 5th floor apartment. No elevator, but easily our nicest accommodation yet. I already found the coffee shop in the market square this morning. We are in Grassmarket which is where they parked the horses and cows for the Castle in medieval times. It is also the square where all the hangings took place. Our host told us that there have not been any hangings since the 18th century, except when they round up the occasional Englishman! lol. Well, the boys are ready, so we are off to the castle and other sightseeing on the Royal Mile. It is a gorgeous day. Love to all.
